There's a possibility right issue tak fully subscribe so company tak dapat fully raise fund yang dia nak untuk keperluan dia . Kalau deep discount baru possibility nak fully subscribe tu ada .
4 - Share consolidation - Tak best
Expensive thing create supply . Bila dia consolidate , harga saham jadi tinggi dan akan trigger orang untuk jual
