Before Departure:
Be sure to turn off Data Roaming or mobile data

Upon Arrival:
Dial *800*3#
Select Roaming Pass from the menu list and confirm your purchase
You ‘ll receive a confirmation SMS to notify you of successful Roaming Pass purchase
Manually select the applicable network operator from phone settings
Turn on Data Roaming and Mobile Data on your mobile phone

Connect to WiFi before logging into MyDigi App

Select "BUY ADD-ONS"
Go to “Roaming” tab and select country
Select Roaming pass from the menu list and select date of activation
-Now –immediate activation
-For pre-booking, select a future date and the activation of Roaming Pass will be at 12am (Malaysia time) on the selected date
Confirm the purchase
You ‘ll receive a confirmation SMS to notify you of successful Roaming Pass purchase / booking
